“These are so close to the Johnston Canyon enterance. The canyon can be very busy but this loation makes it possible to beat the crowds in the morning. The cabins are cute and they allowed our dog to stay with us. As typical with the area, there were lots of bears so just be sure to practice bear safety while walking. Loved the staff too! ”

“Letto comodo, stanza ampia, pulizia top, personale alla reception gentilissimo, ci sono venuti incontro alla richiesta di cambio camera perché per errore avevamo scelto una pet friendly e per la mia allergia non sarebbe stato il massimo. Posizione centrale ”

“Excellent hotel! Staff were friendly and we had a great room with a view of the mountains. Everything is walking distance. Enjoyed a drink and food in the restaurant and it was delicious. I highly recommend staying here!”

“Great place to stay while in Canmore! The front desk staff was great as was the restaurant staff. We came down in the afternoons and asked for the staff to light a fire in the big fireplace and they were always happy to oblige! Room was comfortable and my husband is a tea drinker. He loved that the room had a hot water kettle and tea bags. ”

“We showed up very late to our check-in due to a delayed flight, and the staff was so wonderful with the directions. What could have been a stressful moment, was put to rest with a quick message from the hotel. The attention to detail with the posters in the hallway of movies filmed in the area and the hand written card in the room was so nice to see. We loved our room. So clean and quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for such a great experience. Well hopefully be back soon!”

“È la prima volta che mi capita: soggiorno di 4 notti e non hanno mai pulito la camera, alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni hanmo risposto "non è previsto". Assurdo, anche considerando che il prezzo è ben poco economico. Brutta esperienza.”

"Camera datata, con porta che si chiude male, senza aria condizionata, wc che gocciola e moquette sporca (per dire i maggiori difetti). Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo dovuto anche alla scarsa offerta di Lake Louise di cui le strutture evidentemente si approfittano. La camera meritava una spesa di un quinto di quanto speso. Al check out ho fatto presente gli inconvenienti e mi è stata offerta la colazione (peccato l’avessi già fatta) e niente più. Se avessero più concorrenza non si comporterebbero così. "
